Oak - Timber Floor Finishes

This natural Oak flooring is carefully engineered to produce a high quality flooring that is of exceptional quality in design and construction, produced in five grades:

Noblesse This is our knotless oak flooring. These boards have a straight grain and only occasionally very small knot points with no sapwood. The grain is straight and wavy giving a contrast in colour within the grain, this give a very clean and even appearance.

Elegance Soft structural appearance with only a few knots, no sapwood and with a straight and wavy grain. Contrasting colour variation and grain patterns, small knots and occasional shakes.

Basic Knotty grade, no sapwood with a straight and wavy grain which produces contrasting colour variation within the grain. Small knots and shakes are filled with brown filler.

Naturelle A little more of a rustic grade, no sapwood, still with a straight and wavy grain but with the introduction of some heart wood to give great character and variation in the boards. Knotholes and shakes are filled with brown filler, however some shakes are occasionally not filled completely to add to the rustic character.

Rustic Our rustic grade is full of natural character, still no sapwood, we use occasional heart wood.

Knotholes and shakes are filled with black filler to increase the rustic feel. Shakes are occasionally not filled completely to add to the rustic character.
Surface textures:
Brushed: The board is brushed along the grain which removes the soft fibres to leave a slightly textured grain.
Sanded: The floor is sanded completely Smooth.

Surface treatments: natural oiled, UV oiled, Matt lacquered.

Designed for use over under floor heating systems.
