Heath HW908 - Engineered Wood Flooring UV Oiled European Oak 1-Strip 20x180mm Rustic

This medium brown engineered European Oak floor is installed in a one strip pattern. The engineered construction adds significant stability to the board allowing for natural wood expansion without compromising on the real wood aesthetic.

HW908 Heath is characterised by the sanding texture of the sawmill that is retained to create a tactile finish. The surface is prefinished with a UV cured hardwax oil that offers the advantages of lacquer with the subtety of oil, the micro-porous, water-repellent surface also offers higher protection from stains.

With its rustic grading, all the natural features of a tree will be present with all shapes and sizes of knots. Distinctive sapwood and heartwood add further layers of beauty and you should expect checks and possibly some end shake.

The subtle two-sided bevel found upon the long edges adds visual interest, yet keeps the ends of the boards closely connected for an uninterrupted flow. The planks include a tongue and groove profile and can be floated on a high-quality underlay, and can also be installed by glue or nail down installation.
