HW2210 Mayenne Midi 1-Strip - Engineered European Oak Wood Flooring - UV Oiled - 14x180mm - Classic

HW2210 Mayenne Midi is a light brown engineered European oak floor installed in a 1-strip pattern. Its engineered construction provides significant stability to the boards allowing for natural wood expansion without compromising on the real wood aesthetic.

During production, the sawn timber is passed through rotating brushes to highlight the grain structure and give a natural texture to the surface. The surface is then pre-finished with a UV cured hard wax oil that offers the advantages of lacquer with the subtlety of oil, the micro-porous, water-repellent surface also offers higher protection from stains.

Designated as 'Classic' grade, the floor will show the natural variation of the timber without some of the more characterful features in more rustic grades. Variation between tone from heartwood and sapwood can be expected but is controlled.

All four sides of this plank feature a bevelled edge which accentuates the outer perimeter of each individual board. HW2210 featured a click system profile and should be fully bonded to the subfloor using a suitable adhesive or floated on a high-quality underlay.
