HW3797 Orleans 1-Strip - Engineered European Oak Wood Flooring - Matt Lacquered - 14x300mm - Character

HW3797 Orleans is a light brown engineered European oak wood flooring installed in a 1-strip pattern. Its engineered construction provides significant stability to the boards allowing for natural wood expansion without compromising on the real wood aesthetic.

During production, the sawn timber is passed through rotating brushes to accentuate the grain structure and give a natural texture to the surface. The surface is then pre-finished with a matt low sheen polyurethane coating that covers the pores of the wood and forms a hard resilient surface protecting it from dirt and moisture ingress.

Designated as 'Character' grade, you should not be surprised to find both heartwood and sapwood. Knots may be larger, and you should also expect the presence of checks.

All four sides of this plank feature a bevelled edge which accentuates the outer perimeter of each individual board. HW3797 includes a tongue & groove profile and should be fully bonded to the subfloor using a suitable adhesive.
