BPFH13/1611/120 Jutland Herringbone - Engineered European Oak Wood Flooring - UV Oiled - 13x120mm - Rustic

BPFH13/1611/120 Jutland is a medium brown engineered European oak floor, installed in a herringbone pattern. Its engineered construction adds significant stability to the board allowing for natural wood expansion without compromising on the real wood aesthetic.

Hand-processing of the timber creates an aged appearance, and forms the texture and character found upon BPFH13/1611/120's surface. Additionally, a reactive smoking of the surface creates deeper, warmer tones in the wood, in which you should expect to see more colour variation. The surface is then pre-finished with a UV cured hard wax oil that offers the advantages of lacquer with the subtlety of oil. This micro-porous, water-repellent surface finish also offers higher protection from stains.

Designated as 'Rustic' grade, all the natural features of a tree will be present with all shapes and sizes of knots. Distinctive sapwood and heartwood add further layers of beauty and you should expect checks and possible some end shake.

All four sides of this plank feature a bevelled edge which accentuates the outer perimeter of each individual board. The boards come with a tongue & groove and should be fully bonded to the subfloor using a suitable adhesive.
