Our Distressed Aged Solid Oak Flooring displays the same range of knots as our standard character grade oak flooring. For this range, the boards have been given a singed effect - as if recovered from a derelict, burnt building. This has been combined with a brushed surface texture, to add to the aged effect.
The Distressed Aged Oak Flooring is available in three different levels; Light Distressed, Medium Distressed and Heavy Distressed.
Light Distressed is the minimum in terms of distressing with the edges of the board as the main focus. The face of the board is distressed slightly.
Medium Distressed Oak Flooring boards are darkened moderately to the edges and the centre of the boards.
Heavy Distressed boards are almost completely dark in colour and is the most striking in the range.
These boards are 20mm thick and available in widths of 120mm, 140mm, 160mm, 180mm, and 200mm.
