Ash Olive White

The term Olive Ash is not a specific specie of tree. It refers to the heartwood of some Ash trees that have the marbled effect very similar to that found in Mediterranean olive wood.
We take the raw board and apply a coat of white oil before the finishing oil is applied, this give the floor a much more natural light cream colour.
Basic Knotty grade, with a straight and wavy grain which produces contrasting colour variation within the grain. Small knots and shakes are filled.
Surface textures:
Brushed: The board is brushed along the grain which removes the soft fibres to leave a slightly textured grain.
Sanded: The floor is sanded completely Smooth.
Surface treatments: natural oiled, UV oiled, Matt lacquered.
Designed for use over under floor heating systems.
