Torx Button Head Captive Screws are an aesthetically pleasing fastener, free from sharp edges due to the button style head. Its smooth, domed design makes it difficult to catch accidently when installed in the chosen application or assembly.
The Torx drive of the screw helps the resistance of cam-out and ensures a longer operational life, fastened using a standard TX tool bit or screwdriver.
Featuring a reduced thread beneath the head, otherwise known as the unthreaded shank, this helps to create self-retaining fastener when coupled with an appropriate Captive Washer.
