Quadwing Micro Profile Head Screws

Quadwing Micro Profile Head Screws feature a very slim head height and therefore don t protrude as pan or button head screws do, which makes them ideal for applications that require a low profile finish for aesthetic or safety reasons.
Quadwing screws have been designed to be easier to use and offer significantly higher performance than ordinary cross recess screws.
They maximise torque transmission and minimise recess deformation, by setting the drive angle to zero degrees. This means that they are much easier to screw in, the screw isn t damaged in the process and that the tool lasts longer.
This drive also eliminates cam out by providing positive engagement between the recess and the bit, so the driving tool won t slip out while screwing the Quadwing micro profile head screw in.
Special tools are available for the Quadwing micro profile head screws to ensure maximum performance. These are also available from Fastenright, however conventional PH (Cross Recess) driving tools can also be used.
Manufactured in Steel (Zinc or Zinc and Black) as well as Stainless Steel, and are offered as standard from M3 to M5.
Non-standard sizes and materials are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.
