E5 Drive Security Screw

The E5 Drive Security Screw hosts a dome head which features a unique external non-slip drive with five slots.
With a reusable two-way drive, these screws are ideal for applications that require regular removal and re-installation for maintenance work. The drive is designed to reduce and resist cam-out, which can occur more frequently in more common drives, which in turn reduces the risk of damage to the screw or application. They require a special driver tool to install and remove.
The E5 Drive Security Screw is usable in higher torque applications, provides tamper-resistance and offers medium security resistance.
Available in A2 Stainless Steel as standard from Fastenright, with Micro sizes ranging from M2 to M5.
Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.
