System Zero Security Screw Self Tapper

by Fastenright

The tamper resistant System Zero self-tapping security screw has an external non-slip drive built into the head, and requires a special insert bit or key wrench to insert and remove.
Suitable for higher torque applications, these are 2 way reusable fixings, ideal for applications where maintenance is required.
The System Zero drive is designed to reduce and resist cam-out, which can occur more frequently in Phillips and 2-hole drives. The torx drive also allows for better torque, resulting in a screw which reduces the risk of damage to either the drive head or the application it is being used on.
Available from Fastenright in Steel and A2 Stainless Steel, sizes from No.2 to No.14.
Additional sizes and materials can be made to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts to drawings.
