Plastic Wing Screws

Plastic Wing Screws are designed to be fastened and adjusted by hand due to their single wing-style projection, removing the need for special tools.
Otherwise called Plastic Wing Bolts, Wing Thumb Screws or Ear Screws, they host an extra-large head providing increased finger and thumb leverage, as well as a more natural grip compared to typical Wing Screws.
Often found in consumer products, Plastic Wing Screws are available with a Straight Collar or Angled Collar. Manufactured from Nylon 66 (PA 66) as standard offering good impact, wear and electrical resistance.
Plastic Wing Screws with Straight Collar are available in thread sizes M8 and M10 as standard, with lengths ranging from 6mm to 80mm.
Plastic Wing Screws with Angled Collar are available in thread sizes M4 to M8 as standard, with lengths ranging from 6mm to 60mm.
Supplied in a White (natural) colour, these Nylon Wing Screws can be dyed to best match the intended application or assembly.
Non-standard sizes, materials and colours are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.
