Plastic Pozi Countersunk Screws (DIN 965)

Plastic Pozi Countersunk Screws are created to DIN 965 standard and host a Pozi drive – an improved version of the standard Phillips drive featuring four lines in between each corner of the cross.
Designed to allow for increased torque and greater drive engagement, this drive provides more resistance to cam-out and is driven using a Pozi screwdriver or insert bit.
These screws are used to join multiple components together and can be fastened with a matching nut. They require a pre-drilled or tapped hole for installation, often found in a wide range of manufacturing and electronic applications due to their non-conductive properties e.g. commercial machinery and household appliances.
The dimensions of these Plastic Pozi Countersunk Machine Screws are considered equivalent to the normal DIN 965 standard, but may not follow the same strict tolerances relevant to metal components. Therefore, they should only be used as guidance.
As standard, these screws are manufactured from Nylon 66 (PA 66) – a strong and lightweight material that helps to absorb shocks and vibrations. Other materials are available to order.

Offered in a White (natural) finish as standard – they can by dyed in a number of colours to meet your specific requirements. Please note minimum order quantities apply.
