Chipboard Screws / Twinfast Screws

Furniture Chipboard / Twinfast Screws, also known as particleboard screws. These self-tapping screws have a coarse thread with twice the thread pitch of standard wood screws, making it easy to drive them into a variety of materials such as chipboard or various densities of fibreboard. They can be easily inserted using ordinary hand screwdrivers or drive bits.
As chipboard does not have a natural grain this type of screw fixing is ideal, and the self-centring point helps the screws to start straight and drive true, with less risk of splitting.
Available In Steel and Stainless Steel as standard, with other materials and finishes to order.
Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.
