Brass Phillips Pan Head Screws (DIN 7985)

by Fastenright

Brass Phillips Pan Head Machine Screws Type H, to DIN 7985 or ISO 7045, host one of the most well known drives on the market. Designed for low-torque applications, the Phillips drive is an improvement on the standard slotted drive installed using a Philips screwdriver or insert bit.
The pan head, sometimes referred to as a rounded head or raised cheese head, features a slightly domed top and smooth exterior to provide an aesthetically pleasing finish. This, partnered with the bright gold-like appearance makes these screws great for use in vintage furniture or as part of any decorative setting.
Widely used in engineering applications and small machinery where high torque fasteners are not required. They can also be found in consumer electronic devices or situations that take advantage of their lower levels of electrical conductivity.
These Type H Brass Phillips Pan Head Screws to DIN 7985 are highly durable, rust-proof and provide anti-bacterial properties suitable for indoor and outdoor use or in medical applications requiring a sterile fastener.
Other materials are also available including A2 Stainless Steel and A4 Stainless Steel, with more exotic materials available to order e.g. Titanium, Aluminium and Phosphor Bronze.
Available in thread sizes from M3 to M6, with lengths from 6mm to 30mm. Optional thread locking patches are also available on request. We supply a wide range of Brass Screws here at Fastenright.
Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.
