6-Lobe Hexalobular Cap Screw ISO 14579

The 6-Lobe Hexalobular Cap Screw (Torx Head Bolt) is created to ISO 14579 and hosts a six-lobe recess. They are driven using a 6-Lobe wrench or insert bit, making them more efficient than standard slotted screws and hex drive screws.
Also known as Torx Head Cap Screws or Allen Bolts, these screws have a cylindrical head with a six-lobe socket drive which has more resistance to cam out and can be used with power drivers enabling faster use and higher torque to be achieved.
Available in Steel Grades 8.8 and 12.9, A2 Stainless Steel and A4 Stainless Steel as standard, with other materials, such as Brass, Aluminium and Titanium available to order.
6-Lobe Hexalobular Cap Screw sizes range from M2 to M20 as standard, with larger diameter and lengths available to order.
Upon request we can also offer Hexalobular Socket Cap Head Screws in UNC, UNF, BSW and BSF with tamper-resistant security drive.
