The HD1007 system from Hush Acoustics is ideal for providing a high level of acoustic insulation in separating floors/ceilings constructed using a concrete structure at 400 kg/m² minimum. A relatively simple concept, its excellent performance characteristics are possible thanks to the quality of the Hush Acoustics insulation materials it utilises, particularly Hush Panel 28 for the creation of a floating floor.
An economical and fully tested system, HD1007 Hush System HDC can be applied in new build, conversion or refurbishment projects and is fully compliant with the relevant UK Building Regulations - Approved Document E (England & Wales), Part G (Northern Ireland) and Section 5 (Scotland).
HD1007 is installed in the following way:
Acoustic Performance*
Impact (LnTw) - 57 dB
Airborne (DnTw) - 55 dB
Airborne (DnTW+Ctr) - 48 dB
* Results based on the full Hush System HD1007 being used in conjunction with concrete structures at the specified density.
Please note that these product properties are not a replacement for the manufacturer's literature and it is always recommended that Hush Acoustics is consulted before specifying.
