Paraflex System - SBS modified bitumen waterproofing. Polyester reinforced with a cold flexibility of -25 degrees C. Maintenance free granular surface. Warm roof incorporating flat or tapered composite PIR insulation with high density bitumen impregnated fibreboard finish. Uses include new build and refurb; suitable for use over a wide range of existing finishes. Paraflex is also suitable for use on podium decks, balconies, car-park decks. Installation by approved Moy Materials contactors, comprehensive warranties apply.
