Bauder THERM SL500

A torch-applied elastomeric bitumen Single-ply refurbishment membrane. The product is used for overlaying existing bitumen based waterproofing systems to extend the life of the roof, allowing any moisture that may be present room to expand and contract beneath its partially bonded underside. SL500 is quick and easy to install by using a gas torch and features expandable graphite fire retardant to prevent spread of flame.
