10 Profile Roof Renovation System

10 profile is a lightweight, cold-applied overlay waterproofing system. Overlap joints and mechanical fixings are reinforced with membranes embedded in the liquid coating to provide a flexible and effective waterproofing system. This will not influence the strength of the existing roof: Health and safety aspects may need to be considered for roof coverings classed as fragile.
System components:
- Hyflex primer: A low viscosity primer.
- Hyflex De-Bond tape: A self adhesive tape to allow movement at sheet overlaps.
- Hyflex 10 Profile Base Coat: A filled, bituminous, high-build liquid coating available in both solution (winter) and emulsion (summer) formulations.
- Hyflex Flexmat: A chopped strand polyester mat for reinforcing overlaps and fixings.
- Hyflex 10 Profile Finish Coat: A rubber modified liquid bitumen designed to give maximum elasticity to the weathering layer and resistance to flexural fatigue. Available in winter and summer grades.
