Bailey Sure-Coat QC Roof System - Quick cure liquid PU membrane roofing system

Cold applied and quick curing, the Bailey Sure-Coat is a single component, high-performance liquid polyurethane membrane for all flat roofing applications.

The system is applied by brush or roller at a coverage rate of 2kg per square metre (excluding primer coats).

The base coat, typically in light grey, is embedded with 150gsm fibreglass matting. The topcoat typically is dark grey. Please get in touch for further detailed application guidelines and application rates.

It cures to form a seamless waterproof membrane that does not require any additional surface coatings (walkways or protection coats may be applied if desired).
