Vent3 Pro Breathable Membrane

Vent3 Pro is a heavyweight triple layer fabric, high performance breathable membrane, made from high tensile spun bonded polypropylene layers, around a micro-porous polypropylene film. Designed for use in a fully supported or unsupported tiled, slated or metal roof system. Superior moisture vapour permeability is achieved whilst maintaining the highest levels of water resistance.

Vent3 Pro has become the number one choice for professionals due it its high vapour permeability and waterproof nature of the membrane, combined with excellent tensile/tear strength and high wind uplift resistance. All together it makes Vent3 Pro an ideal product for use in both warm and cold roof applications. Vent3 Pro is equally suitable whether draped unsupported over rafters or laid directly over insulation. It will allow the escape of water vapour from within the roof structure whilst protecting against wind driven rain, snow and dust which may penetrate the main roof waterproofing, providing a permanent quality breather underlay, which will last the life of the roof construction.

Vent3 Pro is BBA certified, is easy to use, offers great nail tear resistance and will be UV stable for up to 3 months from the initial time of installation.

Vent3 Pro has a printed light green upper surface and white under-face and has a weight of 165gsm.
