The Bailey Classic Plus FR System is a high quality and competitively priced SBS modified, high-performance torch-on membrane waterproofing system. The system provides quality products for projects where the main criteria is to meet a tight budget.

The fully modified bitumen used in its production benefits the contractor with an easy and secure product to install. A high bond strength and greater resistance to breakdown, results in a long-lasting roofing system, backed up by a 20-year guarantee. The Classic Plus FR capsheet membrane weighs 5kg/m² and coupled with a 3mm thick underlay, the system delivers longevity and cost-effectiveness. The torch-applied system has been tested to CEN / TS1187 and achieved a Broof(T4) fire rating in accordance with BS EN 13501:5. The products are manufactured to a high and consistent standard and are readily available at competitive prices.
