Rivet Nut 4 Split Leg

Rivet Nut 4 Split Leg, or 4 Split Body, are ideal for use with plastic materials, thin sheet materials and hollow sections where high pull-out forces are required.
When they are installed using manual or pneumatic tools, the 4 split legs are pulled together, expanding outwards behind the surface material to provide a large load-bearing area.
Rivet Nut 4 Split Leg are manufactured from Zinc Plated Steel, A2 Stainless Steel and A4 Stainless Steel as standard.
are available in diameters from M6 to M10 to suit various grip ranges, with M4 and M5 diameters available to special order.
Non-standard sizes and materials, such as Aluminium, are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.
