Slotted Insert Nut for Soft Wood and Soft Plastics (IN08)

Slotted Insert Nuts (IN08) have full standardised threads, suitable for use in soft wood, they can also be used in some types of soft plastic. They are RoHS-compliant and are manufactured to the highest standards.
The standardised internal threads make automatic insertion very easy, although installation can also be performed manually or by using a semi-automated process.
Note: An appropriately sized pilot hole should be made before insertion.
Manufactured in Steel (Self Colour and Zinc Plated), Brass and Stainless Steel, they are available in standard sizes from 6mm to 25mm diameter and in lengths from 6mm to 30mm. The internal thread diameter is for screw sizes from M3 up to M16.
