Rivet Nut 3 Split Leg

Rivet Nut 3 Split Leg, or Split Body rivet nuts can be used in many different materials and are ideal for applications with thin, soft or brittle sheet material such as plastic, paperboard and GRP. They can even be used in uneven materials.
When installed using the manual or pneumatic tools, the three split legs are pulled together, expanding outwards behind the surface material to provide a large clamping area and excellent resistance to pull out.
Rivet Nut 3 Split Leg / Split Body Rivet Nuts are available in diameters from M4 to M8 to suit various grip ranges.
Available from Fastenright in Zinc Plated Steel as standard, with A2 Stainless Steel and A4 Stainless Steel available to order.
Non-standard sizes and materials are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.
