Plastic Wing Nuts Form B, often referred to as Wingnuts or Butterfly Nuts, feature two rectangular shaped wings that slightly protrude above a central threaded section.
Utilised across a range of industries including agriculture and construction, these Butterfly Nuts offer a low-profile solution compared to standard Wing Nuts ideal for situations where space is limited.
Designed for fast assembly and disassembly by hand with no additional tools, they are great for applications where regular maintenance may be required.
Suitable for use with any matching screw, bolt, or washer, but to create a fastener that can be adjusted easily from both sides, they should be used in conjunction with an appropriate Wing Screw.
Manufactured from Nylon (Polyamide) as standard, resulting in a strong, durable fastener that hosts good water and chemical resistance.
Form B Plastic Wing Nuts are only recommended for low torque applications. We supply various types of Wingnuts here at Fastenright, as well as a selection of Plastic and Nylon Nuts.
Available as standard in thread sizes from M4 to M6, with others sizes available to order upon request minimum order quantities apply.
Supplied in a White (natural) colour as standard, but can be dyed in a range of different colours to best match the chosen application or assembly.
Non-standard sizes, colours and materials are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.
