Plastic Hexagon Cap Nuts (~DIN 917)

Plastic Hexagon Cap Nuts, made approximately to DIN 917 standard, are often referred to as Low Type / Low Style Hex Cap Nuts or Dome Nuts.
Utilised within automotive applications and residential construction, they offer an aesthetically pleasing appearance while providing adequate protection to any matching threaded bolt or screw.
Hosting a low dome on the top of the nut, they feature a six-sided hexagonal design with a blind hole. This ensures that the top of the thread is fully covered, helping to prevent damage to the fastener, as well as avoid injury caused by a sharp or uneven thread.

Plastic Hexagon Domed Cap Nuts are manufactured in Nylon as standard – a tough and rust-proof material that offers good abrasion resistance for increased durability.
Available in thread sizes from M3 to M12 as standard, with other sizes available on request. Minimum order quantities apply.
Supplied in a White (natural) colour way as standard, but can be dyed in a range of colours to best match your chosen application or assembly.
