Furniture Connector Bolts Type E1

Furniture Connector Bolts Type E1 are versatile and high quality fasteners produced with the furniture industry in mind but are also useful in other applications.
They are designed to be used with other furniture fasteners such as insert nuts, cross dowels or their matching furniture connector caps in the assembly of furniture. They are fastened using a standard Allen key with the flat head giving an aesthetically pleasing surface appearance. They are also available with a rounded, mushroom head.
Made from Grade 4.8 or Grade 8.8 Steel, these connector bolts are strong and highly durable. They are generally plated with Zinc, but can be plated with a range of other coatings including Zinc and yellow, Zinc and black, Nickel and Bronze as well as self colour if required.
They are often used alongside barrel nuts in the assembly of beds. Other uses for these bolts include the production of cabinets, chairs, tables, beds and many other types of furniture.
The Hex Socket drive requires a standard Allen key to install which is particularly useful when supplying products for self-assembly or where it may be necessary for the customer to undo fastenings easily.
