2-Hole Security Nut

Featuring a unique 2 Hole System, these vandal resistant tamper proof fixings are available off the self in stainless steel, with other materials and sizes available as specials.
The 2 Hole Security Nut, as its name would suggest, has two holes drilled into the head that require a special insert bit to insert and remove. These two holes can be drilled at different distances (between centres), meaning that it advisable to always purchase the screws and corresponding bits from the same supplier.
Due to the security drive design of these nuts, they are suitable for low to medium torque applications and are ideal for applications where maintenance is required due to their reusable nature.
The two-pin drive of this nut is designed mainly to offer security, but also maintain the aesthetics of the application it is being used with. The drive is more prone to cam-out than other security screws such as Pin Torx or Pin Hex security products.
