Phenolic External Wall Insulation System

The WBS Phenolic Insulated Render System offers a versatile solution for both new build and refurbishment applications and is ideal for use on a variety of substrates including brickwork, blockwork, steel, timber frame and structural insulated panels (SIPS).

WBS Phenolic insulation boards are manufactured without the use of CFCs or HCFC s and therefore have a Zero ODP. Phenolic insulation is an extremely versatile, high performance insulant that offers extremely low levels of thermal conductivity, with K-values as low as 0.020 W/m K. This system is therefore ideal for use on the refurbishment of non-traditional residential dwellings that have been designated defective and which offer very poor levels of heat retention but with little room for extending the buildings footprint. The insulation boards display a tissue based facing on both sides and are manufactured to the highest standards under quality control systems approved to BS EN ISO 14001:2004.

The WBS Phenolic Insulated Render System can be finished using a variety of final finishes or textures including thin coat silicones & acrylics, cementitious renders, dashing aggregates and brick slips.
