Mineral Fibre External Wall Insulation System

The WBS Mineral Fibre Insulated Render System offers a versatile solution for both new build and refurbishment applications and is ideal for use on a variety of substrates including brickwork, blockwork, steel and timber frame, and structural insulated panels (SIPS).

WBS Mineral Fibre boards are manufactured without the use of CFCs or HCFC s and therefore have a Zero ODP, is a non-combustible insulant classified as Class A1 (BS EN 13501-1: 2002), and is therefore ideal for use on highrise applications or schools where spread of flame control is of significant importance.

The WBS Mineral Fibre Insulated Render System can be finished using a variety of final finishes or textures including thin coat silicones & acrylics, cementitious renders, dashing aggregates and brick slips.

Movement joints:
_Where movement joints are present in the existing substrate, it is highly recommended that they are carried through the WBS system. Please consult with WBS Technical Support for further details on where movement joints are required.
