EWI - External Wall Insulation with a Brick Effect Render System

Jubizol Brick Effect Render is a quick and easy replication of brickwork using a basecoat (mortar) coloured render and a topcoat (brick) colour render. The system is applied to the standard Jubizol EWI system up to and including the base-coat and reinforcing mesh, before the application of the brick mortar coat and brick topcoat. the topcoat is then cut through to reveal the mortar coat and hence the brick joints are created.
A range of colours are available for both the mortar and the brick with the ability to colour match where possible. Once finished the system should be treated with Carbon Clearshield, vapour permeable, water resistant clear coating to keep the surface water repellent for up to 10 years.
