Underfloor heating foam provides the ideal solution for your underfloor heating system. Produced Panel Systems' Foam Fabrication and Distribution division, boards of XPS are CNC machined to shape the foam to the required shape. Underfloor heating boards are routed for water pipes and thin hot-wire cut for electric matting systems.

Ravatherm XPS sheets are available in a number of different grades and sheet sizes to suit the end use. We also offer a full 5-Axis CNC machining service, and can accept customers own drawings in a variety of formats. The production of Ravatherm XPS is primarily based on the extrusion of polystyrene with a blowing agent. There are two types of blowing agents used in the production of Ravatherm, both have zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) and low GWP (Global Warming Potential).
