Precision 300

Our Precision300® range of closed panels offer a rapid means of achieving exceptional results on site. The wall panels utilise our twin wall system. The twin wall is constructed from 140x38mm preservative treated structural Timber twinned with an 89x38mm preservative treated structural timber incorporating an insulated cavity between the two Walls, which greatly reduces thermal bridging. Externally a skin of structural sheathing board and breather paper is factory fitted. Internally a skin of structural sheeting board, an airtight vapour control layer and service battens are factory fitted. 300mm of insulation is then factory fitted at high pressure ensuring all areas of the wall are thoroughly filled. Cygnum supply and install the timber frame structure on site. High density quilt insulation can then be site fitted within the service batten area to achieve even better energy efficiency. This range allows for the fitting of services once the timber frame is erected greatly reducing the build time whilst also giving piece of mind that the timber frame walls are constructed under a factory controlled quality system.
