An electric opening rooflight comprising thermally broken polyester powder-coated Aluminium sections and an insulated glazed unit. Designed to be installed between 3 and 45 from horizontal.- The Bi-Parting Sliding Over Fixed rooflight is designed to provide maximum daylight with minimum framework.- With Four insulated glazed units, two sliding on rails over the 2 fixed units it provides approx 50% opening area.- No visible fixings.- Electrically actuated locking.- Runs off a 24V power supply with battery back-up as standard.- Controlled by smart device*Sizes:Wide range of sizes available.Up to 16000mm (external Width) in the sliding direction.Up to 4000mm (external Span) down the fall.Example U values: 2000mm x 4000mm external kerb dimensionsDouble glazed:Ug = 1.1 W/m K.Uw = 1.7 W/m K.Ud = 1.4 W/m K.Standard colour:PPC RAL 7015 Slate Grey outer framework.PPC RAL 9010 Pure White inner framework.
