EOS Modular Flat Rooflights

The EOS Modular Rooflight system offers a high-performance solution for large flat roof openings, with two distinct configurations to suit different project needs: a fixed-only system with minimal sightlines, and a combined fixed + opening system where all units sit flush for a seamless finish.

Manufactured in-house at our Kent facility, both options include a thermally broken aluminium frame, fully insulated upstand, and triple gasket seal to ensure airtightness, excellent thermal performance, and compliance with Part L regulations. U-values are as low as 0.84 W/m²K, depending on glass specification and configuration.

Fixed-Only Modular Rooflights (Minimal Sightline)

Ideal for contemporary designs where clean glazing lines are essential, this option features multiple fixed units joined with slim aluminium glazing bars or glass fins. It delivers a sleek, almost frameless internal aesthetic with reduced sightlines between panels.

  Modular Fixed + Opening Rooflights (Flush Configuration)
  
  This configuration allows fixed and opening units to sit flush within one continuous frame. Opening panes are electrically operated with hidden WindowMaster actuators, maintaining clean visuals with no internal motors on show.
