Sterlingbuild fixed glass rooflights are the ultimate in style and performance. Liven up stale, dark rooms! The minimal framework maximises the amount of light entering your flat roof room, and the opening model will add fresh air, creating a more comfortable living or working space.

Slimline profile
Our very high performance triple glazed flat rooflights are manufactured using our suite of extruded aluminium profile, thermally broken with two 20mm polyamide insulating sections and insulated with styrofoam inserts within the extrusion cavities.

High performance glazing
The triple glazing has 50mm argon-filled spaces and soft coat low E insulating glass unit, which is made in-house to BS EN1279 Parts 2 & 3*.

The outer pane is 6mm toughened safety glazing that can be supplied in a choice of finishes: clear, a subtle blue tint or bronze for glare reduction, and sand blasted to ensure your privacy. Each rooflight has UV blocking safety glass as standard.

A specialist coating is added to the outside of the glazing to protect the glass from discolouration and to provide easy clean properties, keeping your view clearer for much longer.

Insulated kerb
There's no need for an additional expensive upstand. The sleek triple cavity kerb is insulated for an exceptional thermal preformance. It gives a minimum low level hight to create a flush glaze look.

The kerb has easy roof fixing points built into it to make installation so much faster and easier. The glashing lip hides 90% of the frame for a sleek glass appearance.
