Roofglazes range of Electric and Manual Access Flatglass units are designed to be an elegant solution for both natural ventilation and roof access, as well as the brilliant daylight and excellent thermal performance that our Flatglass rooflights are known for.
SKYWAY FLATGLASS ROOFLIGHTS (24V ELECTRIC ACCESS)
Our Electric Flatglass Access Hatches are double glazed as standard. Powered by two 24v actuators, these units can open up to 90o for excellent ventilation and ease of access to roof terraces. The minimum kerb span for these units is 900mm.
Skyway Flatglass Electric Access rooflights are available in the following sizes:
Square: from 900mm x 900mm up to 1300mm x 1300mm (as standard)
Rectangular: up to 1300mm x 2900mm (as standard)

- Control unit with battery back-up available
- Choice of switches, wind, rain and temperature sensors
- Synchronised opening mechanism
- Firemans switch
- Larger sizes can be accommodated via special order
