2 servo motors driving the unit are completely concealed within the unit frame, maintaining the minimal aesthetics. Can be opened partially or fully up to approx. 70%, allowing it to be used for roof access as well as ventilation. 2 remote controls (one remote with wall holster and one key fob) with rain sensor as standard.
All-Aluminium frame, powder coated to a marine grade standard to withstand the harshest weather conditions. Available black as standard, with the ability to make in any custom RAL colour of your choice.
Glazing unit made with 2 low-e inner panes as standard with argon filled cavities and 6mm Glass toughened to BS EN 12150. Dedicated drip overhang surrounding the unit creates extremely reliable weathering, directing water away from your upstand.
Easy clean glass coating supports self-cleaning of the glass by filling microscopic holes in the glass surface, helping to ensure the rooflight remains clear. Ceramic border to the glass prevents UV damage to seals.
Fully insulated and thermally broken upstand built in using platinum grade expanded polymer insulation and a Timber base for rigidity. Plus, an Edgetech premium warm edge alpha bar super spacer, which is a flexible, silicone foam spacer that provides maximum in perimeter insulation for sealed glazing units.
