Non-opening rooflight suitable for roof pitches of 5-15 degrees. Comes fully assembled. Achievable U-values as low as 0.2w/M2k.
All-Aluminium frame, powder coated to a marine grade standard to withstand the harshest weather conditions. Available colours are black and anthracite grey, with the ability to make in any custom RAL colour of your choice with all combinations possible.
Glazing unit made with low-e inner pane(s) as standard with 6mm Glass toughened to BS EN 12150. Dedicated drip lip surrounding the unit creates an extremely reliable weather seal with your roof membrane, and creates a ’seamless’ look
Easy clean glass coating supports self-cleaning of the glass by filling microscopic holes in the glass surface, helping to ensure the rooflight remains clear. Applied to the border of the glass, a ceramic coated to prevent UV damage to seals.

Fully insulated upstand built in using platinum grade expanded polymer insulation. Plus, an Edgetech premium warm edge alpha bar super spacer, which is a flexible, silicone foam spacer that provides maximum in perimeter insulation for sealed glazing units.
Bespoke sizing available to suit your exact requirements. Bespoke, remote controlled blackout blinds also available.
Manufactured in the UK by hand to BS EN 1279 parts 2 & 3.
