The Access hatch is classic and simple yet functional, allowing in plenty of natural light whilst allowing access to a roof space via the glazed hatch which can be opened to a 70- degree angle, with options of having a manual opening lid which uses concealed gas Struts or an electrically operated lid using a 24v chain actuator linked to a switch which can be placed in a convenient location of your choice.
