The L-50TB is an ideal Roof Access Hatch for installations where frequent access to the roof area is expected from full sized stairs with standard headroom.

At 760x2440mm, the L-50TB enables easier movement of maintenance personnel, tools and equipment to and from the roof area (Patent pending).

Overlapping cover design, fully welded corners on cover and curb, closed-cell EPDM rubber gasket, and fully insulated cover and curb ensure weather tightness and energy efficiency.
