SRHA New Premier 0.43 U-Value Aluminium Roof Hatch

The SRHA offers a superior quality of single leaf roof hatch, manufactured in mill finish aluminium with an optional polyester powder coated finish. Each SRHA roof access hatch is fully insulated to 0.43 'U' Value against heat loss and condensation with CFC & HCFC free insulation with an ODP and a GWP rating of zero, thus maintaining the thermal integrity of the building. The thermally broken door skins offers excellent sound proofing properties.
The counter-balanced gas spring assisted roof hatch lid is supported by patented heavy-duty aluminium hinges and features an integral wrap over edge. This system allows for the application of twin continuous EPDM seals, for the ultimate in weather protection.
The upstand has a purpose made flashing to accept the roof felt to make it weatherproof. The roof hatch also incorporates an automatic safety hold open arm to prevent against accidental closure in high winds etc.

The lid is insulated with CFC and HTFC free material to a U-value of 0.43 W/m2K (BS3958: Part 5 1986).
300mm in height and manufactured in aluminium with thermal breaks providing a U-value of 0.30 W/m2K
