The Em-Hatch range is a completely modular product and is available with any of the Em-Curb range of upstands and ventilation products, making it perfectly suited to both new-build and refurbishment projects.  Em-Hatch Roof Access Hatches are available for residential and commercial or Industrial Buildings, and can be combined with smoke ventilation systems.

Roof access hatches are an important part of any roof construction because they facilitate safe access to and from roof areas, normally negating the requirement for proprietary lifts, stair ways or the use of External Ladders.  This gives building owners assurance that they are providing a means of access for maintenance personnel that minimises the risks associated with accessing roofs from outside the building using temporary ladders or hoists.
