RENO TIMBER COAT is a unique easy to apply long life weatherproof coating manufactured especially for new and old wood surfaces, for exterior and interior use timber coat is a resin based coating far superior to water based wood stains it is safe to use near horses, cats, dogs,pets and livestock.
Reno Timber coat is ideal for new and old wood, including sawn, rough wood, pressure treated wood, tanalised wood, softwood, hardwood, plywood, sterling board, mdf, decking and is very popular as a stable coat for equestrian and Agricultural Buildings. Ideal for all Fencing and gates including post and rail fencing. Also used on summer houses glamping pods, tree houses, sheds and outdoor furniture. Reno timber coat can be used over old creosote, wood stains, varnish and Paints.
Manufactured in our own factory,the formulation is based on 3 extreemly durable flexible Synthetic Resins. It contains fungicide and special colour components for excellent colour retention ,also containing MICA for weatherproofing and durability.
EFFECT OF FIRE Complies to BS 476 pt 7 The non-combustible inorganic chemicals retard the surface spread of flame over treated surface. Class 1 was achieved. Protecting the surface from the spread of flame.
Reno Timber Coat may be applied by using brush and roller for best results apply in 2 coats
Allowing the 1st coat to dry before applying the 2nd.
Depending on the porosity and profile of the surfaces coverage is, 4 square meters per ltr for 2 coats
1 x 20 lts will cover up to 80 square meters for the 2 coats.
Supplied in 20 Litre UN re sealable metal drums, other sizes are available
Surface dry in 8 hours depending on temperature.

Makesure surface is clean and dry, for best results apply 2 coats

Remove flaking or loose material or dirt with a stiff brush or power washer to establish a firm base ensure all surfaces are dry and firm, for best results apply 2 coats
