Biofa Universal Hard Oil is a premium natural resin-oil concentrate made from natural raw materials. It rejuvenates the natural structure of the wood; the thin surface film results in an open-pore, semi-Gloss, durable, and dirt / water-repellent finish that is essentially resistant to yellowing. Meets EN 71, part 3 (safety of children's toys) and DIN 53160 (perspiration and saliva color fastness). BIOFA Universal Hard Oil is suited for absorbent surfaces for indoor applications like flooring from wood, cork, and Linoleum, stairs, wood furniture, Sterling OSB panels, and interior built-ins. It is not suitable for continuous moisture exposure. The Biofa Universal Hard Oil's composition of natural oils and Natural Resins combines the properties and visual appearance of an oil with the efficiency of a varnish. The product is especially designed for DIY and professional users alike and is the ideal product for customers who wish to switch from varnished surfaces to oiled surfaces. The product is easy to apply by roller or by brush.

KEY CHARACTERISTICS:
Max VOC content: 490 g/l.
Coverage: 1st coat - 60-80 ml/m² or 12-16 m²/l. 2nd and 3rd coat - each 45-60 ml/m² or 16-22 m²/l.
Container size: 0.375 litres / 0.75 litres / 2.5 litres / 10 litres / 30 litres (metal containers).
Colour(s): Clear.
Ingredients: Fragrance-free highly-purified white spirit, ricin oil - colophony resin blend, safflower oil, colophony resin solution, Matting agents, swelling clay, micro-wax, zinc oxide, cobalt-polymer drying agent, zirconium, calcium, and manganese drying agents, antioxidant.
Application: Mix thoroughly before use. Apply an even and thin coat by brushing, rolling, spraying dipping or wiping.
Drying time: Dust-dry after 6-12 hours and can be sanded and coated over after 16-24 hours. Floors are subject to limited use after 3 days, unrestricted use after 7-10 days.
