Tanalith C

TANALITH C is an traditional formulation preservative product, based on chromated copper arsenate. Although having restricted use in European markets, TANALITH C preservative is still widely used throughout Africa for the long term protection of heavy duty timbers such as telegraph poles and railway sleepers.
TANALITH C treated timbers have an initial pale green colour. Over time the timbers slowly weather to a natural silver grey.
TANALITH C treatment is perfect for ground contact applications in markets where CCA wood preservatives are still cleared for use.
