Deep Screed (20-60mm)
High quality deep screed suitable for domestic and commercial use to provide a Smooth flat surface at the correct level to receive the flooring. Our waterproof and frost resistant screed can be used for both internally or externally and is strong and easy to apply.
A bonded screed should have a minimum thickness of 20mm
An unbounded screed is used where a bond to the base is not possible, such as when the base is contaminated, or has an overlain damp proof membrane. An unbound thickness should be of a minimum thickness of 35mm.
Floating screed is used where thermal or acoustic insulation is interposed between the base and screed. The minimum thickness should be 40mm.
