weberfloor 4360 base flow rapid is a rapid drying, self-smoothing base and renovation screed which can be applied to depths of 20-80mm used for levelling concrete, sand/cement screeds, anhydrite screeds, wooden boards, underfloor heating/warming, insulation boards, existing tiles, and bitumen.weberfloor 4360 base flow rapid is suitable for covering with:• Tiles• weberfloor 4150 fine flow thin topping screed.• weberfloor 4160 fine flow rapid thin topping screed.• weberfloor 4610 industry top industrial topping screed..Suitable for use in residential, commercial and industrial areas, light foot traffic is possible after 2-3 hours in normal conditions, tiling is possible after 12hrs and final floor coverings other than tiles can be applied after 1-7 days depending on layer thickness and drying conditions.• Rapid drying.• Low alkalinity.• Casein-free.• Low emissions.• Compressive strength: C30.• Flexural strength: F5.Things to consider• Cannot be used on external projects.• Must not be used as a wearing screed either be directly tiled over or prior to receiving a soft floor covering cover with a thin layer of either weberfloor 4150 fine flow or weberfloor 4160 fine flow rapid.• When stored unopened in a cool, dry place at temperatures above 5 C, shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture.
